Your Google Business Profile
If you don't have one, we'll help you set it up and configure the basics. If you already have one, we'll review it and correct the obvious problems.
Where Google requires you to complete verification yourself, you'll need to do that part — we can't verify a profile on your behalf.

Anything outside this is £65 an hour, or quoted separately if the scope is predictable.
What counts as a small change
Roughly 15 to 20 minutes of work: changing a phone number or opening hours, swapping an image, adding a testimonial, updating existing wording, or correcting a price or service detail. Unused changes don't roll over to the next month.
If we cause a technical problem, fixing it never uses up your monthly change.
Hosting after the first year
The first 12 months of hosting are already included in your website price. Before that period ends, we'll get in touch. You can either start Cornerstone Care, which includes your hosting from then on, or ask us for the website files so you can host it somewhere else.

How it works
We set up Google Workspace so you can use addresses like [email protected]. Your Google Workspace account belongs to your business and is billed directly by Google — we don't resell it or sit in the middle of it.
You keep the super administrator account. We may hold temporary administrator access during setup, and hand it over when we're done.
Extras
Additional paid users configured during setup are £25 each. Moving existing email across is quoted separately.
Further Google Workspace configuration help may be available at £65 an hour, depending on what's involved. We don't offer general IT support.

The £95 page price applies to a standard page using the existing site layout. More complex pages are quoted separately or charged at £65 an hour.
What two revision rounds cover
A revision round is a consolidated list of reasonable changes based on the agreed scope: text corrections, image changes, minor layout adjustments, colour and style refinements within the agreed design, and reordering existing sections.
What counts as a change of scope
Changing the whole design direction after approval, adding significant new functionality, adding pages beyond the package limit, rewriting the content strategy, or starting again. These are charged at £65 an hour or quoted separately.
No lock-in

Your business should never be trapped with its web designer.
- Your domain is registered in your name. If you need a new one, you buy it from the registrar directly and we configure it.
- Your content belongs to you.

- If you ever decide to leave, we'll provide the website files needed to host it elsewhere and help make the handover straightforward.

Things people ask before saying yes.
Do I need to know anything about websites?
No. We handle the build, the hosting and the technical setup. You tell us about your business, check the preview, and we do the rest.
Do I own my website?
Yes. You own your domain, your content, and the final deployable website files. We keep our own internal development tools and reusable framework, which aren't specific to your project.
Can I edit the website myself?
Our websites are managed websites rather than DIY website builders. You send us changes and we make them. If editing it yourself matters to you, Wix or Squarespace may genuinely be a better fit, and we'd rather tell you that now.
Why don't you use WordPress, Wix or Squarespace?
We specialise in straightforward business websites that don't need the complexity of a full website platform. That's what keeps them fast, secure and simple to look after.
Can you build an online shop?
No. We deliberately focus on straightforward business websites, and an online shop isn't one.
Can you build a booking system?
Complex booking platforms are outside what we do. If you already use an external booking tool, we can usually link to it or embed it where that makes sense.
Can you guarantee I'll rank first on Google?
No, and nobody can legitimately guarantee a Google ranking. What we do is make sure your website and your local-business presence have the right foundations: Search Console, page titles, descriptions, structured data, performance and mobile optimisation.
Is hosting included?
Yes. The first 12 months of managed hosting are included with every website package. After that you can continue with Cornerstone Care at £49 a month, which includes hosting, or move the site elsewhere. We'll get in touch before the first year is up.
Do I need to buy a domain?
If you already have one, we'll connect and configure it. If you need a new one, you buy it from the registrar so it's in your name from day one, and we configure it for you. We don't charge for that and we don't hold your domain.
Can you set up professional business email?
Yes. We can configure Google Workspace so you can use addresses like [email protected]. Setup is £195 standalone, or £149 alongside a website, plus the Google Workspace subscription you pay directly to Google.
Do you provide ongoing Google Workspace or IT support?
The business email service covers the initial Google Workspace and email setup. General IT support, device troubleshooting and ongoing Workspace administration aren't included. Further Workspace configuration help may be available at £65 an hour, depending on scope.
How do I pay?
Essential is £495 in full before work begins. Business and Local Business+ are a 50% deposit before work begins and the remaining 50% before launch. Cornerstone Care is monthly in advance. Additional hourly work is billed on completion.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes, at any time. If you start with Essential and later want more pages, we'll quote the difference. Additional standard pages are £95 each.
